Pense Alto (Think Big)

The Pense Alto (Think Big) program has your beginning in 2008, idealized by the voluntary Rodrigo Goecks, manage men who see the possibility of the professional growing of young people in the sale sector. Then, the Instituto da Criança served as social hotbed and, together, the project was flung with the goal of professionalism between young people from 18 to 25 years old, who find them self in a social risk situation, and open the doors to those people to the entrance in the formal business or to the realization of own business. The Pense Alto offers to the young’s a professional formation curse in the sale area, attend and call center, totally free, and with several inducements like food and transport ticket, food donations and awards to the students who shine.

The program was idealized considering the multiple opportunities that exist in the commercial sector, that many times are not accessible to the young people of communities with low income because of there difficulty in acquiring basic qualification to enter in the business market.

The professional curse has 3 steps: • Basic Cycle: with math’s, Portuguese, and emotional intelligence. It’s the base for the accomplishment of the others steps.

• Upkeep Cycle: with reading activities, and relationship lessons. To stimulate the habit of reading and to rescue the citizenship.

• Specific Cycle: with admintration, marketing, informatics, personal posture, selling, call center and attend lessons, witch contributes to the understanding of the market dynamic and capability for act in the commercial sector.

The Pense Alto leave great impact in the lives of young people and there families, since represents a possibility of history change, searching a solid future where new opportunities can appear. They make them believe that It’s possible fulfill dreams and win in life.
